Optimus Property Management is a full service HOA company. Optimus is owned and operated by Kathie Hannagan and Yolanda Osborne. Kathie Hannagan has been in the management field for 30 years and Yolanda Osborne has been involved in property management for 17 years. Our priority is not only to maintain and improve the value of the homes, but also to create a positive image for the Association.
HOA Management provides a variety of Homeowner’s Association services including general administrative, fiscal management, owner accounting and collections, common property and facility maintenance and asset protection. We customize our services to fit the individual needs of each Association in order to minimize expenses, maximize property values and maintain the integrity of the neighborhood.
